I was told they couldn’t be reshaped (because it would take too long) so instead Ryker started drilling them off, then put my hands in acetone told me to wait 15 mins and NEVER CAME BACK! I had to scrap the acrylic off by myself at the chair.
As I was just not happy with them and didn’t want to go out the door with giant rectangle sloped blobs. While getting my pedicure I had some time to really reflect on the look and asked if they could be shaped differently or removed. He was very short with me didn’t seem to appreciate my feedback and rushed me to my pedicure. Ummm… hmmm… weird, cause, I’ve had my nails done for years and never have they looked sloped that way. I was told “that was how my nail beds were made”. I made a comment that my nails appeared to be sloped upward at the tips like a ramp.
I waited to give any feedback (since he never asked for any) until I could sense he was getting close to finishing and I couldn’t help but notice they were thick, clunky, all different sizes and shaped into big rectangles instead of the slim coffin shape I requested. I quietly watched as he started to do his thing. But today all I can say is “Wow” what horrible customer service and disregard for professionalism! Let me paint this picture for you so you can understand the shock I’m in right now. It’s been several months since I’ve been back due to work and scheduling. So disappointing! I DO NOT recommend going to this nail salon! I used to be a regular here and received amazing customer service.
